1. Introduction of flaring machine:
SGK series automatic flaring machine is the equipment for processing PVC plastic hard pipe flaring, models include SGK16-50 double-pipe automatic flaring machine; SGK50-250 automatic flaring machine; -400 automatic flaring machine; SGK315-630 automatic flaring machine; 50-250 semi-automatic flaring machine.
This series of flaring machines can be used in line with extruders and auxiliary machines. The flaring forms are divided into two forms: R flaring and straight flaring. They can produce various specifications of water supply and drainage pipes of 0.6Mpa-1.6Mpa. After the tube is formed, it is cooled by strong air or water, and it is not easy to deform.?The electrical appliances of the whole machine are controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and Taiwan Weilun touch screen, and there is no need for manual intervention in the production process.
